I know I have posted similar before but this is awesome
You know what happens when women lift weights? Lets forget aesthetics for a bit shall we..
When women lift weights their metabolic rate increases, their bones become stronger, their muscles and tendons become tighter and stronger.
Strength changes women though, it changes everyone. Gaining strength involves gaining skills. Skills bring forth confidence. Confidence then brings on more skills. Strength gives a sense of being able to do more, a willingness to try and the ability to walk down the street with a bit more pride.
Strength training makes you realize that you are capable of doing and being more then you thought you could be. It sounds corny but it true. When you start to lift your own bodyweight you start to realize that your body, your mind, is more then you thought it could be. When youg et that first strict deadhang pull up you feel like a damn rockstar. When you start to set goals that seem stupid but you know - you KNOW - you can reach them, you realize that you’ve changed.
Fuck what you might look like if you pick up a barbell. I think there are more reasons to lift then just an ass worthy of putting into jeans. I mean fuck, you can get abs and not really strength train everyone know thats. Lifting is a whole person changing thing.

Mixed up.
It’s amazing how many different emotions someone can feel at once.
It’s amazing how much one song can bring back.
It’s amazing how much one song can inspire and encourage someone.
It’s amazing how I can feel so much and then later, feel totally apathetic.
Life, is amazing.
It’s amazing how one touch, one look, one wink can turn one’s stomach inside out.
It’s amazing how so little words can say so much.
It’s amazing how few words it takes to make someone feel completely needed;
and at the same time make someone feel like complete utter shit.
It’s amazing; Life’s truly amazing.
Numerous studies have shown that HIIT cardio is extremely effective for fat loss. It revs up your metabolism (unlike steady-state cardio) and keeps it elevated for hours after you finish. Give it a try!:
Warm up at a comfortable intensity for 5 minutes.
Then, give your maximum effort for 15 to 30 seconds, followed by a 2-minute recovery.
You can walk during the recovery or you can just take it down to a very light jog, depending on your current level of fitness. More than likely, though, you will be going so hard that you will need to walk during the recovery.
Perform between 6 and 10 of these intervals, and finish with a cooldown.Just did this! I love it. I’m going to start doing this twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Day 6: something you would like to change about yourself
My poor eating habits. I wish I could control myself :(
Day 5: something you would change about the world
Honestly, I would take away all nuclear war weapons. That would solve several issues.
Day 4: how you think your life would change if you achieved your dream
If I achieved my dream, I would be extremely happy and I’m pretty sure my life would begin to become much more organized, structured, and disciplined.
Day 3: what you think your reason for being here is
I honestly think the reason I’m here is to help other people. Not sure if that mean’s I’m supposed to be the supporting actress my whole life, but I’m honestly okay with that if it is. Even though, I’ll make sure I’m not just a side step.
